All Nelson families and friends are invited to our Big Family Picnic on Saturday 29th September.

Bring picnic and blanket and come along and relax and meet other families.

This is a free event. Drinks will be available to purchase including Pimms and punch.

We will also be holding the very first “Nelson Bake Off” where adults and children can bring a cake and win a prize.  Or they can also perform on the Nelson Variety Show Stage. Entry forms and more info can be downloaded from the link below 🙂

Year 6 PTA members have decided to open an extra rugby car parking session on Saturday October 6th to raise money towards the cost of the Year 6 camping trip to Fairthorne Manor next May. We are hoping that as many year 6 parents and carers as possible will volunteer for an hour or two to raise money towards the trip.

The final Nelson Primary School PTA meeting of the academic year will take place on Thursday 5th July at 7.30pm, followed by a short AGM where the officers and committee members for next year will be elected.

We have over 50 winners in our Nelson PTA Summer Draw. Congratulations to you all and a huge thank you to all of our amazing prize draw sponsors for their generosity and kindness to help us raise valuable funds to refurbish our school library. Prizes can be collected from the school office from the afternoon of Monday 2nd July.
